Book a Pick-Up Time
Use this form to select a date and time for pick-up once you have received confirmation by phone or email that your holds are ready for pick-up. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.
When You Arrive
Call 705-431-7410 and choose your location (Lakeshore:1, Cookstown:2, Stroud:3). You will be asked for your library card number to confirm your request. Please respect physical distancing rules by staying 2 metres (6 feet) away from Staff at all times.
Staff will place your items on the table outside, and you may retrieve them when staff go back inside. You may return any items you currently have at this time by using our returns drop-box.
